Patricia Riddle-Gaddis, owner

​

Patricia Riddle-Gaddis has been helping aspiring writers for over 20 years. In the 1990’s she taught creative writing at the NC University System, focusing on the work of CG Jung, Man and His Symbols as a tool for unlocking the creative voice through dream work and Journaling. She became a literary agent with Hartline Literary Agency in 2015 until it closed in 2022.

Ms. Gaddis is an award-winning author. Her third book, Escape to the Biltmore won First Place Historical Category and Overall Winner in the Touched by Love Contest from Romance Writers of America and was a finalist in the ACFW Genesis competition.

Patricia has many years of experience in the publishing industry. She was fiction editor for Woman's World Magazine (2008-2018) and continued as a story contributor in that department. She has wide experience in editing sweet romance and mysteries for the magazine. During that same period, she was also editor of My Guardian Angels column, features editor, and contributor for Woman’s World. She has also published numerous short stories and articles in Angels on Earth, Guidepost, and Christian Science Magazine.

Patricia Riddle-Gaddis is a native of Asheville, North Carolina and has authored two nonfiction books: Battered But Not Broken: Help for Abused Wives and their Church Families (Judson Press, 1996) and Dangerous Dating (Water Brook Press, 2000).
